Ground Rent

The Ground Rent application is an MS Access application which tracks rents of various properties in the Baltimore (U.S.) area. We were contacted by Web Works on the US east coast for specialty diagnosis and debugging of an issue relating to incorrect year and incorrect rents being generated by the system. The problem for them was causing hundreds of hours of manual billing needing to be generated. We investigated the existing VBA and SQL code, and our fix saved them hours of time, as well as  getting the rents correct and able to be sent out by them with confidence.
